President Cole Weston called the meeting to order at 19:15 amd 13 members answered roll call. Meetings from February's meeting were read and Jeff Stewart made motion to accept and Shelby Stewart 2nd . Motion passed.
Treasurer Report: The trust Fund account has $18,133.59
Communication and Visitors: Eric Rasmussam of the Rural Board reminded us the upcoming training days. On April 1st there will be a training day in Murray. Also there is still room in the Leadership class in York. He also reminded us about Fire School. If you would like to go get you application filled out and returned. Michelle Criswell from the Village Boared was here and discussed putting security camers out in the bay. With tools and supplies coming up missing may be a good idea. She also discussed moving of the village bucket truck. It was brought up they could talk to Midwest Farmers Coop and put it in one of their building.There was a concern of mice and squirrels getting into. She also asked that Fire and Rescue Meeting Minutes be emailked to Marcia Fiala Clerk/Treasurer.
Chief Report: Chief Sobota reminded us to keep talking to a minimum when on the hectic mutual aid calls. Also on windy day be careful when driving the trucks and squad. They are a like different to keep a hold on than regular vehicle. if you leave any tools flashlights, axes, saws, blood pressure cuffs, or any other equipment on scene let him or Captain Tracy know so they can get it back or order new. Out stuff should be marked with name.
Captains report: Captain Tracy reminded EMS will be having their monthly training Wednesday March 15th and all are invited to attend. It is going to begoing over there stuffs is in the squad. Fire is encouraged to come. Thay are your second set of hands.
Training Report: Once again the Fire School packet are here get them filled out and back to Chief Sobota by March 16th and Eric will take them to Arlington when he goes.
Committee: Still in need of eggs for the pancake breakfast. Keep an eye out for eggs on sale. Schafer's has not gotten back on the quote for a TV for the raffle. On April 7th we will need volunteers to go out to I-80 speed way and sell raffle tickets. Farmers Coop has donated the sausage for the pancake breakfast. Pegler has also donated the pancake mix. It was also discussed to use the money for we raise to purchase picnic tables like the ones Ashland has.
Assignment of duties: Election is going to take place in April for new officers. Blaze Jadwin, Matt Mcguire and Hoy Mach will be in charge of calling and asking for nominees.
Safety Report: Be careful coming and going from calls. And try and get as much wheel time on the trucks and squad.

New Business: Sheila Tracy reminded us of the benefit that they are having for Jeff and Shelby Stewart to help raise money for medical and transportation costs. It will be April 1st at the VFW in Ashland from 4-8 pm. We also received a letter of resignation from Leslie Krings. Mark Sobota made a motion to except and Blaze 2nd. Motion passed. Thank you for year your service.
With no more futher business a second roll call was taken and Mark Sobota made a motion to adjourn and Jim Wrich 2nd. Motion passed. The meeting was adjourned at 20:25.
