Sarpy Cass Health Department is happy to announce we will be offering a LivingWell with Chronic Conditions Workshop this summer, Wednesdays, July 9, 16, 23, 30 August 6, 13, from 10 am-12:30 pm at Sarpy Cass Health Department, Cass County Office, 201 Main St, Louisville, NE 68037
The workshop is FREE, but spaces are limited.
Pre-registration REQUIRED
The workshop provides participants with tools to better navigate life’s “ups and downs” and increase their health knowledge. Research confirms that participants experience significant, measurable health improvements and quality of life. Mutual support and success build the participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Living Well workshops use an action-based approach. Each week, you try out ideas and skills to find answers that work in your own life. The results? An individualized plan and a new sense of control over your health and your life.
If you have any questions, feel free to email Paige Castle, HealthEducator: pcastle@schd.ne.gov
