Ready, set, mark your calendars!! Greenwood Fun Day is Saturday, August 16th. GVFR is hosting another Family Bingo Night! We are excited to see everyone out again this year, and hopefully, a few new faces!

We are having a pulled pork/hot dog dinner from 5-6pm, the first Bingo game will be called at 6pm, and we will also have a silent auction all evening!!

The ALC Closet will be open on Wednesday, August 13 from 4:30 PM to 7 PM and on Saturday, August 16 from 9 AM to noon. All clothing, linens, and shoes are free for everyone! Come get some items for the upcoming school year/season! Please bring your own bags to hold items. American Lutheran Church basement, 20th and Silver St., Ashland, NE.

The Kids' Cupboard offers scholarship support to Ashland-Greenwood High School seniors or to AG graduates to help further their education. This support may be used for college, trade school, and more. Applicants must be past or present patrons of the Cupboard. For more information, contact Mr. Richards at the high school or any of the Kids’ Cupboard workers on Thursdays from 5-6 p.m. (in the basement of the American Lutheran Church).

The Kids' Cupboard is open tonight (Thursdays) from 5-6 p.m. in the basement of the American Lutheran Church (1941 Silver). It's available for children in need from preschool through 12th grade who live in the Ashland/Greenwood school district. All you have to do to access it is fill out a short registration form, and they are available at the cupboard.

 We are looking for donations to the food pantry. Please bring your donations to the library or drop off with the village clerk.

...PLEASE CONSIDER SUPPLYING SOME PRODUCTS FOR THE FOOD PANTRY...

pastas, soups, cereal, personal hygiene, to name a few..

If you or anyone you know is in need please stop by the Village office and take what you need. The office is open 7am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday.

 Check out our FOOD PANTRY! We’ve gotten some new items donated, please stop by during Village or Library hours! Thank you to the many generous donors who have helped make this possible in our community.
